Batman v Superman
While at a ceremony honoring the late Batman co-creator Bob Kane, Zack Snyder teases the film’s approach to Batman:
I definitely wanted an older Batman. I wanted a war-weary Batman. That’s why, in a lot of ways, Ben was really perfect for me — we kind of aged him a little bit. It worked really great. I’m really excited about the Batman we created.
And his design for the Batsuit:
I had a really strong idea about what I wanted to do — I really wanted to do sort of a fabric-based Batman; not what’s become the more normal, armored Batman. That’s how we evolved it.
As well as Frank Miller’s influence on the film:
There are so many great artists who have drawn Batman. So many great comics that have been created — it’s countless. I was talking to Frank about it: ‘Dark Knight Returns’ was such a big influence on me, that I wanted to to honor him through imagery in the movie. You could still make ‘Dark Knight Returns’ into a movie, if you want. That’s what I’m saying, as far as how much we used and how much we didn’t use. The visual elements, there are some that I homage, but I don’t think the movie [is an adaptation].

David S. Goyer shares his reaction to seeing the movie for the first time:
I think just the kind of giddiness in being a kid that grew up going to the comic book store every Saturday and reading comic books in which these two epic characters clashed. Just the fact that I got to be involved in something like that is crazy. Much less that I got to be involved in two cinematic iterations of Batman is also crazy.

Captain America: Civil War
Tom Holland briefly discusses how much the Spider-Men of movies past influenced his portrayal:
They were so great, and such real and rich performances, there were obviously factors that I love and will try to recreate. But I think the most important thing of the moment is to make a film that’s obviously of the same character, but try to make a different, and new and exciting movie.
Thor: Ragnarok/Alien: Paradise Lost
Australia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs has confirmed that both movies will film scenes in Australia next year. [Coming Soon]
The Last Witch Hunter
Rose Leslie discusses her character’s bond to Vin Diesel’s Kaulder:
Vin and I spoke about that there needed to be that arc with the characters and their dynamic towards one another. The way that I approached it: Kaulder is notorious. He is a bogeyman to Chloe, this nasty witch hunter who has spent the last 800 years killing off her race. So there’s absolutely no way she’s going to be full-on flirting with him. She is absolutely intimidated by him when she first meets him. But also, she’s more than a match for Kaulder. As a result, she’s not going to give him an easy ride. He has to prove his worth, and they have to respect one another. I think through that arc as shown in the movie there is an understanding as to why they then have to team up. Because he essentially saves her life, and then that ice is broken.

Krypton
David S. Goyer says that the Syfy series set on Superman’s homeworld before its destruction is still happening, and teases a few new details, stating it would be set 200 years before Superman escapes the planet exploding:
It’s still in development. Hopefully. We’ll have some news about it pretty soon.
I was so insistent on setting that opening [of Man of Steel] on Krypton and really seeing it, was pulling back the curtain. The first draft, the first forty pages were on Krypton, so we compressed that all down to fifteen minutes and there were a lot of ideas that I wanted to use in the film that didn’t ultimately make it into the film.
Should we make the show, there will definitely be some big moments. It won’t be wall-to-wall visual effects every single moment, spectacle, in the way that the film will be, but we’ll also be digging into the characters and the culture a lot more.
