Enthusiasts Created A Giant Roman Empire Display From LEGO

British collective Brick to the Past built a historical LEGO display that’s probably one of the largest ever made. It’s a recreation of Hadrian’s famous wall at Rome’s northern frontier.

The display has two sides. A Roman side behind the wall with a temple, a bathhouse, milecastles and a beautiful town. And there’s a Celtic side with an Iron Age village, standing stones and farm houses. And tons of tiny features on both sides.

The builders tried to be as authentic as possible and pretty much overkilled the preparations. Some of them completed a university course at Newcastle University and made a field trip to the wall itself.

The results are incredibly cool:
