If you bought a supporting membership to last year’s Worldcon in Spokane, have a membership for this year’s convention, MidAmeriCon II, or if you are a member of 2017's Worldcon, you can nominate your favorite works for this year’s Hugo Awards.

Members can nominate their favorite works from 2015 in the following categories:
- Best Novel
- Best Novella
- Best Novelette
- Best Short Story
- Best Related Work
- Best Graphic Story
- Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form
- Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form
- Best Editor, Short Form
- Best Editor, Long Form
- Best Professional Artist
- Best Semiprozine
- Best Fanzine
- Best Fancast
- Best Fan Writer
- Best Fan Artist
- The John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer (Which is not a Hugo Award)
Members can also cast their ballots for the 1941 retro Hugo Awards, which looks at works published before the Hugos were instituted.
You can still purchase a supporting membership for either the 2016 or 2017 WorldCons, and nominate. If you’re already a member, you can cast your ballot here.
This year’s Hugo Awards Ceremony will take place on August 20, 2016, and and the nominations will be released later this spring.
