The second expansion pack for StarCraft II will officially launch on November 10, Blizzard revealed today during the World Championship Series season three finals live on Twitch.
The release date announcement was accompanied by a cinematic trailer for Legacy of the Void.
StarCraft II’s initial installment, subtitled Wings of Liberty, launched over five years ago in July of 2010. The first expansion pack, the Zerg-based Heart of the Swarm, was released in March of 2013.
Legacy of the Void focuses on the game’s Protoss race, with a single-player campaign focusing on the High Templar Artanis.
